This promotion is sponsored by VoltMarket("Sponsor"), operator of the VoltMarket website. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and does not endorse, this promotion.

Eligibility

To enter, you must:

Be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;
Be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry;
Have a valid public Instagram or TikTok account in good standing (if entering via a participating creator post);
Not be an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of Sponsor, participating creators, or their respective agencies; and
Comply with these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Making a purchase on VoltMarket is not required to participate.

Promotion period

The giveaway begins at June 1, 2026 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends at August 31, 2026 11:59 PM Eastern Time(the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device. Entries received outside the Promotion Period are void.

How to enter

During the Promotion Period, complete all required steps shown on the participating creator's post:

Follow @VoltMarket on the platform indicated in the post (Instagram or TikTok);
Follow the participating creator who shared the giveaway;
Like the giveaway post and leave a comment as instructed (e.g. tag a friend, answer a prompt, or use the campaign hashtag);
If a link to these Official Rules or an entry form is provided in the creator's bio or story, complete any additional step listed there.

Limit one (1) entry per person per participating post unless Sponsor states otherwise in writing. Multiple accounts, bots, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive: Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max (1 TB, new in box) (approximate retail value $1,599 USD). Color/model is at Sponsor's discretion and subject to availability. Prize is non-transferable; no cash or prize substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner is responsible for any taxes, shipping surcharges not covered by Sponsor, or other fees imposed by law.

Winner selection and notification

On or about one (1) business day after the Promotion Period ends, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter within five (5) days of selection. The winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours with full name, mailing address, and any other information required for prize fulfillment and tax reporting. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected.

General conditions

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive license to use your social handle and entry content for reasonable promotion of the giveaway and VoltMarket, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
All disputes are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Sponsor is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
